1. Set sales targets and monitor performance with execution plans against these targets
2. Strategize and operationalize sales efforts to drive growth and exceed goals in international markets (CLMV), identifying key channels, agent, and business partners.
3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to consistently identify new business opportunities and expanding market share along with maintain strong relationships with current key customers
4. Evaluate sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market information
5. Travel oversea and participate in international trade shows, conferences (CLMV) and other events to promote the company and its products.
6. Ensure that entire sales activities comply with international regulations and company policies.
7. Developing and crafting contract to negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
• Male / Female age 35 over
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• 4-5 + years of experience in international sales, preferably in the medical industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and global market trends.
• Excellent understanding of sales strategies, international logistics, and customer service.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Fluency in English is required, other language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
