Responsibilities
As a sales assistant
  • Prepare Sales Tools i.e. presentation or etc.
  • Prepare any tool which particularly required such as summary report.
  • Coordinate internally between CS, Tariff Section, Document Section, Inland Transport Section, Sub-contractor, Superior regarding to work issues.
  • Coordinate with Air Division, NVOCC department for freight inquiry.
  • Contact outsource operational Sub-contractor such as Warehouse to obtain cost of operation
  • (Storage charge, Packing charge, Handling charge and etc.)
  • Contact MLG oversea branches and Thai customers for quotation inquiry etc.
As a translator
  • Verbal translator timely between Thai staff and Japanese staff.
  • Timely assist to translate e-mail or documents from customer i.e. letter/notification from government or any kind of documents at site (if any, when have trouble) i.e. Accident report, Delivery note, Order sheet,
  • working instruction and etc. which is in Thai language.
  • Translate Customs Notification/Procedure/Announcement upon request.
Requirements
  • Male / Female, Age 22 - 25 years old.
  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
  • Must have JLPT Certificate (N2 level).
  • English skill would be advantageous.
  • Service mind, flexible with good planning skills to support Supervisor and Management.
