- Job Description
- Collaborate wth Top management and assist the head of department to determine credit risk and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
- Oversee and monitor overall company targets to determine the appropriate solutions to achieve targets.
- Credit Analysis:
- Oversee the organization’s Credit Analysis processing, prospect & new customer and renew & existing customer, report, developing tools for assessing and mitigating credit risk
- in accordance with the situation. Manage and lead the Credit Team to achieve all targets together with finding new opportunities to improve work process more effectively
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting and finance or related fields
- 8+ years experience of B2B credit or related fields.
- Experience in management level. Subordinates’ management at least 5 persons
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing projects, including setting objectives, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify risk factors, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Strong capability to think strategically and implement credit risk management practices that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey risk-related concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to make informed and timely decisions, particularly under pressure.
- Excellent command in English, both speaking and writing (Business level).
- Automotive / leasing business would be preferable.
