Recruitment Officer
Kubota Research & Development Asia Co.,Ltd.- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using Job search websites, databases, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Work closely with the hiring manager to understand needs and job specifications.
- Prepare and update vacancy reports. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure they get full support on all sourcing activities.
- Screen applications conduct phone interviews and manage candidates throughout the Interview and hiring process.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the company database.
- Process recruitment and employment documents.
- Prepare monthly reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop a new platform for sourcing candidates.
- Handle both the internal and external orientation programs.
- Handle the job fair annually.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Assistant People Resourcing Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Political Science, Law or any related fields
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Experienced in all recruitment or talent acquisition process 2-3 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Able to work under pressure situation, flexible, honest and trustworthy independently and handle confidential matters efficiently
- Be able to use MS Office program, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
