- Manage the content of the training curriculum for both Engineering HQ and Innovation HQ
- Update new knowledge to constantly improve the curriculum to keep it up to date
- Carry out training plan and propose budgets for approval
- Coordinate and find educational and training institutions according to the specified topics in the training plan
- Conduct training according to the specified plan by collaborating with HRD
2) Skill Contest
- Carry out plan, criteria, and budget, then propose it for approval
- Proceed with recruiting, coordinate, with the trainer in each skill to organize internal competitions to select applicants and finalize company representatives to participate in the competition at KUBOTA.
- Coordinate with Kubota until the end of the competition
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Education, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Proven experience in training coordination, especially in engineering-related fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering skills and technical competencies.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate.
