1) To define the department annual operation plan, objective and target to comply with the company policy and target.
2) To prepare & manage resources (manpower, equipment, expense) that are needed in the operation.
3) To set the action plan for eliminate risk in company and control to continuously implementation.
4) To suggestion in accident prevention and risk control in company.
5) To set the manual and safety standard.
6) To specification the type of personal protection equipment appropriates to the nature of the risk to the employer,
to the employee or other related to wear while working.
7) To promote and support academic performance of various departments in the workplace.
1) Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Science or related field.
2) Experience 10 years in Occupational Health and Safety and experience at least 2 years of management level. 3) Passed the training course for the head of the safety department. 4) Knowledgeable with Thai safety law regulations concerning occupational safety and health and knowledgeable with Thai environmental law. 5) Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with management and employees at all levels regarding company HSE guidelines, rules, policies, and procedures. 6) Must be familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point.7) Good written & spoken English.
