- ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งในสำนักงานและทางไกล รวมถึงการดูแลโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที เช่น เซิร์ฟเวอร์ พีซี ฮาร์ดแวร์ เครือข่าย และแอปพลิเคชันต่างๆ เพื่อให้ระบบมีความพร้อมใช้งานสูงสุดและต่อเนื่อง
- ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า ดูแล ตรวจสอบ แก้ปัญหา ซ่อมแซม และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกในการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์, เครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร, ระบบเครือข่าย, อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง, อุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานและสนับสนุนโปรเจ็คต์เกี่ยวกับ IT
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้งานเบื้องต้นได้ ด้าน Software Hardware Network Printer
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
