Sales Supervisor
American-European Products Co.,Ltd.• Understand Food service business of how to maximize and sustain sales revenues to meet or exceed monthly target
• Manage, motivate and coach team members to perform at their best performance to meet target
• Set up the forecasting process for consumptions for Key accounts as well as issue purchase order to import team to replenish stocks level according to the lean concept.
• Create a promotion plan to drive sales
• Design sales team structure and benefit scheme to motivate team.
• Work with marketing team to construct yearly sales plan and implementation plan including key objectives, tasks, manpower plan, and budget
• Maintain and grow customers spending port
• Continuously gather data and work with marketing team to adjust marketing strategy to meet customers’ needs to increase overall profits
• Male or Female, age not over 50 year old
• Minimum 5 years in Sales and marketing consumer products and retail business or FMCG will be advantage
• Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skill.
• Possess sales and marketing planning knowledge
• Good communication in English, both spoken and written
• Respectful/ Positive attitude/ strong commitment to achieve
• Hard Working and flexible for late working hour
