Our client is an Asia based food ingredients producer, supplying a wide variety of savoury based ingredients throughout the region.
The QC Laboratory Supervisor will oversee laboratory inspections for chemical, physical, and microbiological testing, ensuring accurate result releases and the issuance of Certificates of Analysis (COA) to clients. This role will also involve conducting investigations to identify the causes of out-of-specification and out-of-control situations.
Additionally, this role will manage requisitions for in-process control analysis and specification investigations in the laboratory, focusing on the production lines for food ingredients, flavors, and packaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food science, Chemical Science, Biotech, or related Fields.
- Experience in Food Safety, Quality system management, and Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP)
- Knowledge of global food safety standard
- Languages required – Thai (native), English (Intermediate)
