1.Processing an export shipments as per shipping instruction this will included coordinate with oversea offices, other stations and carrier
2.Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process
3.Good responsible for they own job and ability to handle situations.
4.Preparing shipping docs (Bill of lading, Pre-Alert)
5.Co-ordinate with related department/division for smooth operation.
6.Issue Debit / Credit note and Invoice.
- Male / Female, Age 22 years up
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Have experience of import-export operation 1-3 years.
- Good command of English (Able to read and write by email)
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
