• Communicate with customers to request product details, clarify/modify customs and Export duties.
• Advising customers on Export customs clearance, informing customers about the delivery status and confirming the delivery date/time or if there are any damaged goods.
• Prepare Export documents and other relevant documents correctly
• Coordinate the customs department clearance and transport
• Follow up tracking to send the goods and deliver them on time.
• Other task as assigned by management
- Age over 25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a customer service for air import.
- Experiences in Sales Support and Customer Service in Airfreight is preferring.
- Have good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality, Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, well organized, fast learning and service minded.
