- Monitoring and controlling D2C logistics costs or other related expenses.
- Processing orders and making the report.
- Coordinating with forwarders.
- Overseeing the product claims and returns process
- Solving problems that may occur during the process
- Monitor and analyze operational costs across inventory, logistics, marketing, and technology.
- Identify areas of excessive spending and propose actionable strategies to reduce costs.
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and shipping costs.
- Track the ROI of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Prepare monthly cost control reports and present findings to management.
- Implement tools and processes to automate cost tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experiences as Cost planning, Business planning for online or last miles delivery business
- Analyzing and estimate cost, load planning
- Presentation skills
- Fluent English and Korean speaking (will be advantage)
- Proficient in MS office
