• Operations & Logistics – Manage deliveries, optimize routes, and monitor KPIs
• Team Leadership – Train, assign roles, and lead the delivery team
• Customer Service – Ensure satisfaction and resolve delivery issues
• Technology & Improvement – Utilize tech tools and data analytics
• Budget & Cost Management – Control expenses and negotiate contracts
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure regulations and safety standards are met
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5+) and English , Thai native
- Experience in 5+ years in last-mile delivery/logistics/supply chain (Logistics experience NOT required)
- Strong team management and decision-making skills.
- Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
