• To be available in visit and contact client both in city and up-country to keep existing clients and extend new clients including promote new products.
• Insurance knowledge and experience is preferable but not necessary (Training and studying insurance will given for this position)
• Having ability to control & manane his ownself & subordinate.
• Having ability in giving consulting and solving problem of subordinate.
• Having a good sense of responsibility.
• Ready to fight work hard.
• Good command of English. (Both written & spoken)
• Able to do one stop service by approach to close deal with clients.
• willing to do paper work as an insurance product.
Quatifications
- Age preferably 25 - 35 years
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of insurance brokerage
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
