Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media)

Candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new marketing prospects. The goal is to
meet and surpass the company expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning,
content ideation and implementation schedule.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various
company department members.
• Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to
create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Reports progress to Marketing department
• Grows and expands company by new social media channel, plus increases on existing social
media channel including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
• Research and monitors activity of company competitors
• Providing customer service to customers on Social Media
• Any other task that may reasonably assign by supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public
Relations or relevant field.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication
skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational
ability.
