1. Coordinate the daily work of the department, set work goals and organize the implementation, supervise each department to improve product quality, prevent anomalies, and achieve the company's quality goals;
2. Ensure reasonable, legal, and effective operation of quality;
3. Hold quality meetings and coordinate with relevant departments to handle quality anomalies;
4. Make a final judgment on the quality of the product and supervise relevant personnel to follow up and improve the abnormal quality;
5. Supervise and review quality weekly and monthly reports;
6. Review documents submitted by relevant departments;
7. Assess and evaluate subordinates.
1. Possess team management skills and have more than 5 years of team management experience;
2. Familiar with quality management systems ISO9001&IATF16949, ISO13485, 6 δ, ISO, TS, IETP, UL, RoHS and other systems and quality workflows;
3. More than ten years of quality work experience, familiar with quality control of injection molded products;
4. College degree or above, capable of using English as the working language.
5. Be able to communicate in English.
6. Be able to communicate in Chinese. (will be plus)
