Aeroworks Asia is manufacturing parts for Interior Commercial Airplanes, all parts produced are for export.
The Chemical Process Engineering Manager manages the development, standards and the operations of the chemical processes in our factory.
Like anodizing, chromating, passivation, phosphating, painting powder coating & dryfilm lube
We are looking for and EXPERIENCED process manager
- Able to support improvements in our chemical processes and increase efficiency of the work
- Ensure safe operations and compliance with system procedures and requirement with top quality in mind.
- Understanding the business impact of the process on the financial company results
- Must be excellent in communication
- Able to lead the production crew and follow up on daily topic (20-25 people)
- Ensure together with maintenance that the systems keeps fully operational
This is a senior position
- Chemical & Industrial Experience/Education is a MUST
- At least 10+ years working /management experience
- English must be at a high level, so direct communication with foreign auditors & customers can be achieved
