QA Engineer

• Assisting in supplier selection, audit, evaluation, and approval.
• Assisting in identification and development of supplier product quality and delivery performance.

• Assisting in review, establish, maintain, and update company procedure in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assisting in control of documents and records.
• Assisting in regular internal and external audits.
• Assisting in identification of corrective action and implementation.
• Assisting in monitoring, measurement, analysis, improvement, and reporting of products and processes quality performance.
• Assisting in control of calibration for measuring instrument.
• Assisting in training of the quality requirements.

• Assisting in investigation and identification of corrective action for non-conforming products.
• Assisting in monitoring, measurement, analysis, improvement, and reporting of non-conforming products and delivery performance.
• Assisting in communication with the customer.

• Assisting in obtaining and maintaining the certification of approval standard and customer requirements.

Continued improvement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in related industry for an international company.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001.
• Knowledge of 8D, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and problem analysis tool.
• Knowledge of drawings interpretation.
• Knowledge of systematic thinking, analytical skill, and problem-solving skill.
• Fluent in English communication both written, spoken and presentation.
• Good computer skill for MS Office.
