- Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to Microsoft products, such as Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, AWS and Microsoft Copilot etc.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Lead quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Organize meetings and able to conduct meetings by oneself, and able to summarize meeting reports.
- "Plan, gather, and compile documents for summarizing and delivering work to clients."
- Male/female, age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience in a project manager leading project
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Copilot, and AWS.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
