Job Description:
- Lead and manage AI development and research activities, focusing on testing and optimizing various AI models and technologies.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements, continuously exploring new tools, models, and techniques.
- Conduct hands-on research to develop innovative AI solutions for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and industry experts to create, test, and refine AI models.
- Develop proof of concepts for AI-based solutions, pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.
- Experiment with deep learning models and apply them to diverse projects across multiple industries.
- Share your insights through technical writing, knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to AI communities.
- Work independently on research tasks, managing your own projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for coding and testing new AI technologies, with hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, PyTorch, Python, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expertise in areas such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, conversational AI, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve practical problems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, listening, and writing).
- Ability to work independently, managing tasks and research initiatives with minimal guidance.
- Junior-level candidates with a passion for AI and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
- A team player who can collaborate well with others while contributing new ideas.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical learning theory is a plus.
