Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to Microsoft products, such as Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, etc.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Lead quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Organize meetings and able to conduct meetings by oneself, and able to summarize meeting reports.
• "Plan, gather, and compile documents for summarizing and delivering work to clients."
• Prepare a summary report on work progress and an evaluation form based on the KPIs specified by the company.
• Male / female, age 30-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a project manager leading project focused on Microsoft products or solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to communicate in English
