Responsibilities

พัฒนากลยุทธ์การสร้างแบรนด์และขยายตลาด
- วิเคราะห์ตลาดและ แนะนำกลยุทธ์ในการทำให้ SAHN เป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น
- วางแผนการตลาดเชิงกลยุทธ์ทั้ง ออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
- สร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์ผ่าน PR, Influencers, และ Digital Marketing
รวบรวมและจัดทำ Portfolio โครงการ
- เก็บข้อมูลและถ่ายภาพ โครงการที่ติดตั้งสินค้าของ SAHN แล้ว
- จัดทำ Case Study และ Success Stories เพื่อใช้เป็น Marketing Material
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อ ขอรีวิวและ Testimonial
ดูแลและขยายฐานลูกค้า B2B และ Partner
- ติดต่อและ สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับ Developer, Interior Designers และ Hotel Groups
- เจรจาความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ เช่น Collaborations กับ Luxury Brands และ Interior Designer
วางแผนจัดอีเวนต์และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมแบรนด์
- จัดงาน Exclusive Networking Events และ Private Product Showcase
- เข้าร่วมและวางแผน การออกบูธในงานแฟร์ด้านอสังหาฯ และ Interior Design
ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Sales และ Marketing เพื่อ ขยายฐานลูกค้าให้แข็งแกร่งขึ้น

Requirements

1. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Development / Marketing / Branding อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

2. หากเคยทำงานในอุตสาหกรรม อสังหาริมทรัพย์, Interior Design หรือ Luxury Goods จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการสร้างแบรนด์ และเข้าใจ Luxury Marketing

4. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร และสามารถเจรจาต่อรองกับกลุ่มลูกค้า B2B ได้ดี

5. มีทักษะการจัดการโปรเจกต์ และสามารถทำงานแบบ Multi-tasking ได้

6. สามารถใช้งาน Digital Marketing Tools, CRM และ Microsoft Office ได้คล่องแคล่ว
