Responsibilities

รายละเอียดงาน

1. ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์

2. ให้คำแนะนำการให้คำแนะนำการสั่งซื้อบนแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ต่าง ๆ (shopee/ lazada/ tiktokshop)

3. ดูแลลูกค้า ตอบแชทลูกค้าทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย

4. รับออเดอร์การสั่งซื้อประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5. ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าในด้านการเปลี่ยน คืน หรือเคลมสินค้า

6. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

เวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์ถึงวันเสาร์ (08.00-17.00)

สถานที่ทำงานสถานที่ทำงาน: วันอังคารถึงวันศุกร์ (ออฟฟิศ) วันจันทร์และวันเสาร์ (ทำงานจากที่บ้าน)

Requirements

วุฒิการศึกษาปวช.ขึ้นไป
ไม่จำกัดเพศ
สามารถพิมพ์ภาษาไทย 30 คำต่อนาทีขึ้นไป
สามารถทำงานตามตารางงานและทำงานนอกเวลาได้
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร
มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office แบบเชี่ยวชาญ
มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
