Responsibilities

รายละเอียดงาน

ดูแล และบริหารงานทรัพยกรบุคคล เพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
กำกับดูแลการสรรหา การฝึกอบรมพัฒนา และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
วางแผนการเพิ่มหรือลดกำลังคนตามทิศทางของบริษัท
ออกแบบและวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย
จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อส่งต่อให้กับผู้บริหาร
ตรวจสอบให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและนโยบายของบริษัท

Requirements

ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานทั้งด้าน HRM และ HRD
มีประสบการณ์ HR ด้านโรงงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานและข้อกำหนดด้านกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความสามารถในการนำทีม การบริหารจัดการงาน และทีมงาน
มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทํางาน สามารถทํางานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
* สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
