Instructional Designer
Woxa Corporation Ltd.The Instructional Designer will develop, design, and implement engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse employees. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create learning materials, training programs, and courses that meet organizational goals and learner needs.
Course Development
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Create engaging content using various multimedia tools and platforms.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes.
Needs Analysis
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to identify training requirements and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with Training Specialists and subject matter experts to determine course content and structure.
Instructional Design
- Apply instructional design theories and models to create effective learning experiences.
- Design user-friendly interfaces and engaging learning activities that enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Develop face-to-face, online, and hybrid course content that supports diverse learning styles and needs.
Project Management
- Manage multiple instructional design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to align project goals and deliverables.
- Manage training programs to ensure that the academy could finish the project and deliver the result on time.
Technology Utilization
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deploy and manage courses.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into instructional design practices.
Evaluation and Improvement
- Analyze feedback and assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and programs.
- Continuously improve and update content based on learner feedback and changing organizational needs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders, including trainers, managers, and learners, to ensure training solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to instructors and learners on course content and usage.
Training Delivery
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various positions and levels.
- Utilize diverse training methods such as instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning to deliver content effectively.
Support and Collaboration
- Provide support and coaching to employees to ensure successful application of new skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, HR, and management to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure training programs comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in instructional design or a related role, with a proven track record of developing successful training programs.
