The Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. They serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure that the client's needs are met efficiently and business objectives are achieved. This includes managing documents and communication between internal departments to ensure smooth teamwork.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate consulting services.
- Present and Sell Services: Present and sell the company’s services to both new and existing clients.
- Client Account Management: Effectively manage assigned client accounts, including campaign planning, follow-up, and reporting.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and production teams) to ensure smooth operations and that client requirements are met.
- Monitor and Analyze Results: Monitor and analyze campaign results to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Document Management: Prepare documents for project initiation and closure, as well as other internal team documents, to coordinate with other departments.
- Reporting: Prepare and regularly present performance reports to clients.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Monitor industry trends and new technologies to incorporate them into work practices.
