Backend Development & API Design
- Design and develop RESTful APIs
- Develop Microservices or Monolithic Systems based on project structure
- Develop business logic and handle data processing & API performance optimization
Database & System Architecture
- Design and develop SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases
- Optimize database query performance and caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
- Experience with data migration, backup, and disaster recovery
Security & Performance Optimization
- Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT
- Optimize server performance and load balancing
- Perform security hardening such as SQL injection protection, rate limiting
DevOps & Deployment
- Collaborate with DevOps team to support CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Utilize cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Monitor and debug production issues using logging & monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Backend Development
- Skills: Proficient in Node.js, Python, Go, or Java, experience in API development and Microservices architecture
- Knowledge: Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture, proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services, understanding of asynchronous processing, caching, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively with Frontend and Product teams, ability to debug and troubleshoot quickly, willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to the t
