UX Designer

• Data-Driven Design: Leverage data to create compelling visualizations that uncover insights into user behavior. Use these insights to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
• User-Centered Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations. Employ a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, creating detailed documentation that outlines features, functionalities, and constraints.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Design intuitive user interfaces using wireframes and interactive prototypes. Effectively communicate design concepts to development teams.
• Data Reporting: Produce clear and concise data reports in English, presenting findings from user research and usability testing to key stakeholders.
• Usability Testing: Conduct user testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless product development.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in UX Design or a similar role
  
• Proven ability to create user-centered designs based on data-driven insights
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English   
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
