Job Purpose
This position is responsible for managing payroll processing, recruitment, and employee relation, while also serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach with empathy and active listening.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an HR Executive who can efficiently handle payroll, support recruitment, and build strong client relationships. This role requires someone who enjoys problem-solving, listens actively, and can communicate complex HR matters in a clear and supportive way.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management (Core Responsibility)
• Collect and verify employee timesheets (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Process payroll calculations, including salaries, allowances, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage electronic salary payments and tax filings.
• Prepare payroll reports and handle client inquiries about payroll processes.
Client Engagement & Advisory
• Act as the first point of contact for client payroll-related concerns.
• Listen actively to client needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Educate and guide clients on payroll policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, set up interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Support hiring managers in selecting candidates who fit both the role and company culture.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process, making new hires feel welcomed and informed.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
Employee Engagement & Communication
• Provide HR support to employees and managers regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Handle employee queries with patience, clarity, and a client-first mindset.
• Foster an engaging work environment by actively listening to employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate HR and payroll records.
