• Preparation of Datasheets / Specification / Requisition for Static Equipment i.e. pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers or Rotating Equipment i.e. pump, compressor, blower, turbine
• Preparation of Tech. Bid Evaluation of Vendor offers for Rotating,Static Equipment
• Review Vendor drawings.
• Prepare Design calculations for inhouse fabricated Static Eqpt, prepare MTO for estimation as well as fabrication purposes, review the Static Eqpt drawings prepared by designers.
• Carryout out Fatigue Analysis where required (including Finite Element Analysis).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Shall have 6 - 8 years of experience in handling rotating,static equipment. Oil and gas
background will be added advantage.
• Extensive hands-on experience in design, selection and engineering of rotating,static
Equipment viz. pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers etc.
• Shall be capable of independently producing design calculations and specifications,
carrying out drawing reviews, preparing MTO for estimation as well as fabrication
purposes.
• Must be familiar with design codes ASME Sec VII Div.1, Div.2, PD 5500, API 620/650,
TEMA and proficient with PV Elite, Code Calc., Compress, Tank, Fin glow etc.
• Shall be also capable of carrying out fatigue analysis using stress analysis / FEA
methods and be familiar with FEM software packages.
• Good knowledge of selection and specification of Materials is also essential.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.

In view of our rapid work expansion, we are seeking capable, self-driven and energetic professional Oil & Gas design personnel for the following positions to support our Oil & Gas sector EPC and fabrication business.
Candidates should be committed to Quality and Safety, flexibility, innovation and a pro-active approach to engineer and design and activities. Experience in engineer design and a through knowledge of relevant codes & standards. Good communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken), are essential requirements. Engineering Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer with 8-12 years of experience. All roles require a pro-active approach to inter-discipline coordination and also technical supervision and input to development of design actives. At least 4 years previous experience in a similar job with an engineer consultancy or EPC primarily in the upstream oil and gas sector is preferred.
