Job Summary
Contribute with the team in CE operational control, prepare technical documents, monitor construction work to
follow issued technical documents, control and support Loadout work also contribute to facilitating problem
resolution and work improvement regarding Construction Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute with the team in CE operational control against plan and company goal
- Prepare technical documents such as Fabrication /Construction Procedure, Method Statement, Work Instruction, Technical Report, Calculation back-up, Drawing, etc.) for both Onshore and Offshore project.
- Assist to plan and control the submission of technical documents as per project deliverable register
- Monitor construction work to follow issued technical document
- Control and support subcontractors in regard to Loadout work
- Contribute to facilitate Problem resolution and work improvement regarding Construction Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Have licensed of Professional Practice (Associate Civil Engineer)
- At least 2 years experience in civil construction and design.
- Having experience in heavy lifting work will be an advantage.
- Experience in preparing construction method statement.
- Good command of Civil Engineering Design Software & Auto CAS. Good command of English.
- Knowledge of Construction in Oil & Gas Field

Ever since, over 60 platforms have been fabricated and installed for offshore gas exploration / production in the Gulf of Thailand. TNS is involved in engineering, procurement and construction of steel structure, process, piping, mechanical, electrical & Instrumentation for offshore platforms, bridges and on-land structure fabrication. There are fabrication yards under TNS establishment, namely AMARA yard and BANGPAKONG yard. In view of our rapid work expansion, we are seeking capable, self-driven and energetic professional Oil & Gas design personnel for the following positions to support our Oil & Gas sector EPC and fabrication business.
Candidates should be committed to Quality and Safety, flexibility, innovation and a pro-active approach to engineer and design and activities. Experience in engineer design and a through knowledge of relevant codes & standards. Good communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken), are essential requirements. Engineering Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer with 8-12 years of experience. All roles require a pro-active approach to inter-discipline coordination and also technical supervision and input to development of design actives. At least 4 years previous experience in a similar job with an engineer consultancy or EPC primarily in the upstream oil and gas sector is preferred.
