Support Senior PM Cost Engineer for any cost-related activities in the project, such as project change management procedure and change order, collect information and prepare change order proposal, prepare and update project change order register including work order list from installation team, highlight to Senior Cost Engineer if there is any issue related with the cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the budget and rolling forecast for the assigned projects.
- Improve the forecasting processes with the objective of accurate forecasting.
- Provide reports / information as request and perform cost control and monitoring for various project of Construction Division.
- Prepare Internal work, Claim and Change order Reports to SECTION Manager.
- Provide clarifications scope of work between Original and Additional work to various sections.
- Communicate with Operation and other Division functions during the preparation of the detailed budget.
- Perform cost analysis and comparing actual cost with budget plan.
- Perform analysis of actual against budget of assigned projects and take corrective actions
- Review the detailed construction progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within agreed budget and resources.
- Provide support to Prepare regular monthly reports and reviews of projects cost performance, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.
- Issue sale invoices to inter-companies monthly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in related job function (Cost Engineer) from Oil&Gas or EPC or Construction business.
- Knowledge of Cost Management.
- Good in English for work.
- MS Word, Excel, Power point.
- PMP Certificate is advantage.
