1. A bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related fields is required.
2. Minimum of 6 years of direct work experience in the food industry and system creation.
3. Excellent understanding of quality systems, including GHPs, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO, FSSC22000, and 5S.
4. Possess knowledge and experience in obtaining organic certification for export.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint
6. Ability to work systematically and with discipline.
7. Strong communication skills in English are a must.
8. Familiarity with working with automatic systems and machines.
9. Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for fieldwork.
10. Availability to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
11. Flexibility, good attitude, and high accountability are valued traits.
