Factory Manager - Block Rubber
Thai Eastern Group of Company- Prepare yearly, monthly and weekly production plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing efficiency.
- Develop and implement production strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Ensure that quality of rubber blocks meet the specification detailed by customer.
- Control and inspect machines, equipment and vehicles maintenance plan ensuring that they are well-maintained, calibrated, and operating efficiently.
- Oversee testing and inspection procedures to detect any defects or quality issues.
- Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while staying within financial targets.
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly concerning the handling of chemicals and machinery.
- Ensure that production processes comply with environmental laws and sustainability standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training programs to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
- Ensure staffing levels are adequate for smooth operations, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely availability and cost-effective sourcing.
- Manage inventory levels to reduce waste and maintain cost-effective production.
- Ensure effective logistics for the storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products.
- Age 35 - 45 years old
- More than 10 years of experience in production and manufacturing field
- Experience in production planning, production control and quality assurance
- Experience in 'Block Rubber' production is a must
- Must be able to communicate in English well
