- Preparation of the annual budget and monitor its execution to ensure that financial targets are met.
- Monitor and control short term and long-term capital expenditures to ensure they align with strategic priorities and financial plans.
- Oversee and optimize cash flow management, ensuring that the business has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational needs.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including market fluctuations, credit risk, and liquidity issues.
- Supervise the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Ensure the efficient handling of payments related to purchasing goods and services, including vendor payments and contract management.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, providing insights into the company's financial health.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including insurance, hedging, and contingency planning.
