Product Manager (English Speaking)
YIHAI FOOD (THAILAND) CO., LTD.- Define and develop product strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Ensure product development aligns with market needs and customer feedback.
- Work closely with R&D engineering and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact between different teams to streamline communication and decision-making processes.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine product features and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position products effectively in the market.
- Manage product development timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prioritize tasks and resources to meet project goals efficiently.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement improvements based on performance data to enhance product success.
- Address any issues that arise during product development or post-launch promptly and effectively
- Degree in Marketing, MBA, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of marketing or product assistant experience.
- Having experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage.
- Have creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English in both written.
- Can communicating in Chinese would be an advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
