Responsibilities

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support & Maintenance Officer. The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties. Work can also occasionally include installation of network and camera cabling, installing wired/wireless networks, security camera systems, phone systems, and door access systems.

You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with clients from various departments and executive levels. You are to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems and implement solutions for them.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.

• Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.

• Establishing good relationships with all clients and colleagues.

• Managing technical documentation.

• Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call.

• Managing information technology and computer systems

• Controlling and managing IT and electronic data operations

• On-Site, On-Call and On-Message with our customer from SEA countries

• Consultant about input/output devices to support customer service.

• Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards other employees and customers.

• Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations, both for the Company office and also for Project Management with customers.

• Implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

• Maintain a safe and functional IT environment inside the administration office and golf studio. Responsible for set-up of necessary IT equipment for events on a regular basis.

• Stock IT and office supplies

• Consult and recommend IT and office supplies for Company staff as necessary

• Check office and golf studio for broken or non-functioning computers or IT equipment. Repair or replace them when required

• Co-responsible for moving supplies and equipment between various locations, such as, but not limited to; office, stores, warehouses, events, customer locations, residences. Take leadership on special handling of any computers, resale products and / or IT related technology.

• Supports the Project Manager and IT supervisor regularly for simulator installation.

• Act as company warehouse controller.

• Provide company’s showroom and office area maintenance service.

Requirements

• Proficient in English. This includes excellent written and speaking knowledge

• Be able to frequently travel, locally and internationally

• Ability to be flexible on a day-to-day basis with task priorities

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 15kgs

• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder.

• Having driving license.

• 0-3 Years’ experience in IT support and systems maintenance. (New graduate are welcome)
