Inside Sales Coordinator
Senko Advanced Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Position: Inside Sales Coordinator (1 Position)
Responsibility:
1. Make quotation checking all necessary information such as import tax, transportation cost, warehouse cost, inventory cost, etc.
2. Update quote based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate and also price increase from supplier due to market trend etc...
3. Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly. Share project status with outside sales and consider quotation.
4. Proactively gather comprehensive customer insights to enrich Sales and Marketing strategies, empowering us to effectively address evolving market needs.
5. Analyze monthly sales (buying price / sales price / profit is correct, whether there are incorrect number, much profit/loss)
6. Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry.
7. Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, complaint document and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
Inside Sales Coordinator:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
2. At least 3 years experience as sales staff in automobile industry or trading company
3. Conversational high level of English (required TOEIC at least 750) สื่อสารได้ในระดับดีมาก
4. Excellent communication skills (clarity well organized thinking)
5. Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel VLOOKUP/Pivot table)
6. Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks
7. Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
