1. Implement the company's procurement strategy, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on the execution of the procurement strategy and management of various KPI indicators.
2. Manage and implement demand forecasting based on material requirements for engineering projects, along with process monitoring and supplier management; release accurate demand forecasts, provide risk alerts, resolve bottlenecks, and achieve a balance between long-term material supply and inventory.
3. Execute delivery order management in line with procurement strategy and FC demand, focusing on procurement needs for at-risk orders, driving shorter cycles, and improving delivery achievement rates to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Proactively coordinate and address quality and delivery issues to ensure that delivery requirements are met.
5. Handle monthly reconciliation and compensation claims, and improve procurement and delivery capabilities for long lead times and bottleneck materials.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese, Thai, and English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; experience in procurement for engineering projects in Thailand is preferred.
2. Proficient in using various office software.
3. Good communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy of data.
4. Strong execution ability, time management skills, and resilience under pressure.
