1. Manage employee attendance data.
2. Oversee documents for Job Fair/MOU.
3. Manage recruitment activities, including screening applications, interviewing candidates, and selecting applicants to meet monthly hiring targets.
4. Manage and update employee information in the Human Resources Information System, including monitoring employee status and records.
5. Build relationships with external specialized organizations, such as online events, Job Fairs, career guidance days, and recruitment activities at universities.
6. Develop new recruitment channels, such as social networks, online and offline recruiting, and new media.
7. Responsible for managing MOU documents for employees of three nationalities (must be able to review various MOU contracts).
8. Must have knowledge of People Branding.
9. Other tasks as assigned.
