1. Customer visit and audit response.
2. Customer request conversion, implementation and effect follow-up.
3. Process quality control.
4. Handle customer complaints, analysis and follow-up of customer returns and provide reports.
5. Process improvement.
6. Preparation, review and provision of customer reports.
1. 3Year and above consumer electronics PQE, CQE Work experience.
2. Understand the quality control requirements and exception handling methods and procedures of the consumer electronics industry.
3. English can be used as a working language. Chinese is a plus.
4. Ability to respond to customer audits.
5. Able to work with different departments to promote process improvement.
