Responsibilities

1. Develop human resources strategies in line with the company's strategic requirements and business development goals.

2. Establish and improve the human resources management system, and design management models (including comprehensive construction of recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and organizational structure). Draft and refine human resources management policies.

3. Provide suggestions on human resources and organizational structure, aiming to improve the overall management level of the company while controlling HR costs.

4. Responding to the needs of individuals with varying levels of ability by proposing training and retention policies to promote a positive talent development cycle.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, proficient in Chinese + Thai or Chinese + English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

2. Prior HR work experience in large manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
3. Understand the basic functions of various HR modules and be familiar with national HR-related policies and laws.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a high level of self-motivation.
