- Responsible for preparing pre-project procedures, managing on-site civil construction, and controlling aspects such as quality, progress, and safety;
- Manage the construction of civil engineering, steel structures, decoration, and outdoor roads, participate in blueprint reviews and bid consultations;
- Oversee new constructions, expansions, and equipment foundations, including line marking, elevation verification, quality inspections, and full process management;
- Handle on-site changes, approvals, and review the quantities reported by contractors;
- Organize and hand over completion documents for various engineering disciplines;
- Manage the site according to company processes and contract requirements;
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as sending letters to contractors regarding quality, safety, and progress issues on a weekly basis;
- Follow leadership instructions and complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience;
2.Good mental resilience and communication skills, physically healthy, and able to meet the job requirements;
3.Proficient in using office software and CAD drawing software;
4.Must be proficient in Chinese communication.
