Sales Representative

1. Ensure the up-to-date alignment of CRM and in-house system data.
2. Working closely with the Commercial Manager for all regional tender requirements and contractual business, including collation of costs.
3. Ensuring the validity of quotations to customers and regional PR.
4. The Pricing & Commercial support (shared service center) will work closely with Commercial Manager in all administration tasks regarding compiling and gathering of cost i.e., sea freight, haulage, customs clearance, etc.
5. Closing sales and maintaining relationships with operation team by providing support, information, and guidance;
6. Researching and recommending new opportunities: Recommending profit and service improvements
7. Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications;
8. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
10. Target and successfully achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management;
11. Complete other task assigned by the commercial manager/Director
