1. Responsible for the whole life cycle management of the company's shipping contracts, continuously optimize the procurement tariff strategy, and ensure that the tariff system maintains a leading competitive advantage in the target market;
2, the implementation of contract minimum quantity commitment (MQC) management, the establishment of compliance monitoring mechanism, to ensure the effective implementation of contract terms;
3. Maintain strategic partnership with shipping companies, dynamically coordinate the allocation of shipping capacity resources, and accurately match the company's business development needs;
4. Cooperate with cross-product teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, lead innovative airline product design, establish agile product iteration mechanism, and continuously improve product market competitiveness;
5. Real-time monitoring of freight fluctuations and supply and demand changes in the airline market, timely product optimization and adjustment, to ensure the market adaptability and profitability of airline products;
6. Properly handle business disputes and disputes in the course of airline cooperation, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company according to law, and ensure the long-term and stable development of strategic cooperation relations;
7. Systematically carry out airline market research and trend analysis, provide professional data support and market insight suggestions for marketing decisions, and help high-quality business development.

- Major in marketing, economics, logistics, etc
- Over 28 years old
- Familiar with the freight structure of the route, understand the quotation rules of the airline and peers, master the shipping market
- 1-3 years of team management experience or more than 5 years of team cooperation experience
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Proficient in various office software
- Have excellent executive ability, communication and coordination skills, have a good sense of teamwork, have a good ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
- Product knowledge, maritime logistics knowledge
- Nearly 5-8 years of work in the Trans-Pacific route related
- 3-5 years experience in route and product management, customer service, shipowner sales, or more than 5 years experience in NVOCC Marketing Department, Pricing
