Sale Manager
L.P.N. Development PCL.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage sales operations, including sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales manager
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good communication in Thai and English.
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
