Location: Bang Chak (until November) then Bangkok Sales Office near BTS Udom Suk, Bangkok, Thailand

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Officer to support our growing Taiwanese/Mainland Chinese investment market. The successful candidate will report to the Chinese Sales Director and be responsible for:
• Processing sales documentation
• Updating sales database on internal CRM
• Assisting with customer payments
• Liaising with new investors to arrange project site inspections
• Coordinating airport transfers and accommodation bookings for investors
• Occasionally attending trade shows
Requirements:
- Thai national
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) (written and oral) (preferred HSK Certificate)
- Proficient in English Speaking
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Pleasant and can-do attitude
- Experience in sales administration (preferably in property development sector)

- Monday to Friday work schedule 9:00 am-17:00 pm (some out-of-hours and weekend work will be required with overtime pay)
- Frequent trips to Jomtien project for a client visit
