Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure sales goals and company standards are met
• Manage inventory, including stock in/out, display arrangement, and product rotation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and suggest improvement plans
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as warehouse, HR, marketing, and operations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve in-store issues efficiently

Thai nationality, male/female, age 28-40 years.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in retail store management or team leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel, Line OA, and POS systems
• Experience in second-hand goods or sustainable retail is a plus
