- Oversee and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
- Checking system and general maintenance.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Preserve the tools and losing prevention.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
- Planning and present to management team for approving
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Any responsibilities from CEO
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in technician work.
- At least 2 years of experience as a head technician.
- Able to use various tools appropriately.
