Station in charge

1.Develop comprehensive daily and weekly work plans, and establish monthly budget plans for farm operations

2.Plan planting plots accounts to the plans received from breeders and management team

3.Prepare and maintain farm expense accounts, plan and procure necessary farm equipment, and submit monthly expense reports to the Chiang Mai office

4.Possess the ability to analyze planting issues, including diseases, insects, weeds, and soil problems, in order to identify preventive measures and resolve issues promptly.

5.Provide reports on the status and planting issues to the farm manager and breeders

6.Supervise the processes of fertilization, irrigation, cultivation, chemical spraying, and collect data on various products as assigned

7.Oversee and evaluate the quality of work to ensure the achievement of established objectives

8.Oversee employee attendance and submit reports to the farm manager and HR department at the Chiang Mai office.

9.Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment (initial or repair)

10.Collect data from plant breeding plots and submit reports to the farm manager and breeders

11.Check farm activities to ensure compliance with the company's and government agency's regulations

12.Allocate and plan manpower effectively based on the workload to ensure the achievement of goals as scheduled

13.Record the use of various chemicals and equipment used on the farm,including the maintenance of all company property

14.Propose new ideas for work development to develop better human resources

15.Maintain a hygienic farm environment at all times

1.4-8 years' experience for farming or related field

2.Bachelor degree in agriculture science

3.Have a car and motorcycle driving license

4.Must be able to stay near by working station in Nakorn Pathom

5.Fair communication in English is advantage
